Photoshop Cs4 : Text Néon

Step 1 : We Open Photoshop > Click On File > New Then we creat a text with this font " Segoe Script " .



Step 2 : Duplicate The Layer .



Step 3 : Double click on the second layer then do the following step .








Step 3 : Place the original text layer above your copy's layer and set it's blending mode to Overlay and your finished!
