Photoshop CS4 : Effect Reflection

Step 1 : Open Photoshop > Click On File > Open your Photo then creat new project us this :

Step 2 : Ctrl+T Then click on Flip Vertical.

Step 3 : Go To Filter > Blur Then Click on Motion Blur

Step 4 : After Merge the layers by clicking Ctrl+E Use The Gradiant 4 Times.
