Photoshop CS4 : Effect Image

Step 1 : Open Photoshop and Click On File > Open your Photo then Duplicate 2 times (2 Layers & Background)  :

Step 2 : Select The first Layer (L.1) and Click On Ctrl+U Then choose (+5) of Saturation.

Don't Check Colorize

Step 3 : Select The second Layer (L.2) and Go to Filter > Blur > Gaussian Blur then Choose 1.8 Pixels.

Step 4 : Select Overlay For the second Layer.

Result : :D
