Photoshop CS4 : Speed Effect

Step 1 : Open Photoshop > Click On File > Open Photo and select Lionel Messi then click with the right button in the selection after click on " Layer Via Copy "

Step 2 : Duplicate the new layer 2 times then move them until we have the following statue .

Step 3 : Choose the following option of the three layers .
