Photoshop CS4 : Hair Color

Step 1 : Open Photoshop > Click On File > Open your Photo click on the following button then choose Hue/Saturation :

Step 2 : Choose the following color then check colorize .

Step 3 : Click on the second layer then on Ctrl+ BackSpace .

Step 4 : Color hair by White .
