Photoshop CS4 : Effect Text

Step 1 : Open Photoshop and Click On File > New Then Write a Text With your favorite Police.

Step 2 : Convert The Text Layer

Step 3 : Duplicate the layer and go to Filter > Blur > Gaussian Blur Then choose 4.6 pixels.

Step 4 : Download this wallpaper and paste it in your project *Psd

Step 5 : click on the right mouse button on the layer (wallpaper) then choose " Multiply "
