Photoshop CS4 : Summer Effect

Step 1 : We Open Photoshop > Click On File > Open Image Then we duplicate it  . 

Step 2 : Select the second layer and Click On Ctrl+U Then choose the following color  . 

Step 3 : Choose Overlay for the second layer  . 

Result : :D
