Photoshop CS4 : Coloring Eyes

Step 1 : Open Photoshop and Click On File > Open your Photo Then Select your Eyes With " Magnetic Lasso Tool ".

Step 2 : Go To Image > Adjustments > Hue/Saturation then check " Colorize " and choose your color .
